When excellence costs
more than it should.
Excellence should elevate your life, not erode it. Yet in law, healthcare, corporate leadership, and other high-stakes roles, the line between excellence and exhaustion is thin. Burnout is not a personal failing; it’s a predictable response to chronic workplace stress. Rates among professionals remain high.
My keynotes and workshops are a deliberate response to this reality. I speak on burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, belonging, leadership, and work–life integration in high-pressure environments.
Each session bridges psychological insight with immediate action, giving participants shared language, solid frameworks, and practical tools to sustain high-performance.
Trusted By Discerning Organizations
Law firms, legal associations, hospitals, corporations, conferences, and sports organizations across Ontario and beyond.
A keynote that equips professionals to thrive.
Designed for lawyers, physicians, executives, founders, and other high-performing professionals, my speaking engagements blend psychology with the credibility of lived experience.
I translate complex ideas into clear, evidence-based strategies that feel relevant, practical, and immediately applicable. Topics include:
- Stress and burnout
- Anxiety
- Imposter syndrome
- Perfectionism
- Emotional regulation
- Self-compassion
Help your team reconnect with their inner Eden: the place where presence, resilience, and high-performance can co-exist.
